New studies suggest that the pharmaceutical industry can kiss my ass

Here are some key articles about supplementing for a healthy lifestyle. Science for the win!

Let's Ginkgo!

Vitamin D! OD on this stuff FTW

The beauty of B12

Vitamin Cancer?

The FDA criticizes studies done on mice and steals life away from us every day while they delay human experiments with their bureaucratic red tape. However, studies performed on mice have extrapolations that are invariably applicable to human health. The code of life, DNA, consists of only 4 different base pairs. These base pairs are combined in bits of code that tell our cells how to construct proteins out of a combination of twenty amino acids. The instruction for building a protein in one organism (e.g. a mouse) is no different from building the same protein in another organism (e.g. a human).

This is the Information Age, so let's not stay misinformed any longer.

You should consider taking nutritional supplements along these lines: Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, a multivitamin, and a supplemental vitamin D at the very least. Also Coenzyme Q-10 for a healthy heart and Resvertrol for preventing cellular decay (anti-aging). Live long enough to live forever!
